SuLee RC-280 Rotary Cutter
Description
This 4" circular blade rotary cutter is equipped with a bottom carbide edge to prevent the blade from burring. When being applied, it is found to be a sharp cutter which can easily and smoothly cut difficult fabrics. Cutting a single layer or layers up to 1" high. Easy maneuverability is created by the rollers on the cutters base.
